The risk-free infrastructure
for creator marketing.

End-to-end creator campaigns — strategy, discovery, delivery.

Built for small-to-mid-sized companies. Commission-only: we earn when you do.

We work on commission. That means we pick our campaigns carefully.

You've already tried this.

Most small-to-mid-sized companies doing creator marketing today face two options. Both are broken.

Databases ask you to be your own agency.

Creator databases sell you a filtered list and expect you to do the rest: pitch every creator, qualify the fit, negotiate the deal, coordinate the placement, measure the outcome. What you get is a lead list, not a campaign. Every hour of filtering is an hour you don't have.

Agencies ask you to pay like you're an enterprise.

Traditional creator marketing agencies run on retainers sized for eight-figure marketing budgets. If yours is smaller, you're either priced out — or treated as a secondary account while the agency's real clients get the attention. The retainer gets paid whether the campaign converts or not.

Most companies in the middle run sporadic one-off campaigns, hire a freelancer, or quietly give up on the channel. None of it compounds.

The third option.

CastWorks is a full-service creator marketing operation — strategy, discovery, delivery, reporting — run on pure commission. You pay when deals close. Nothing before. Nothing on retainer. No platform fee.

That math only works for us because our internal infrastructure collapses the expensive parts of the work. Discovery that would take a team of sourcers weeks, we run in hours. Vetting that would require a sourcing analyst per creator runs through our own tooling. The operational overhead that forces every other agency into retainer pricing, we've engineered out.

What's left is the part you can't automate — strategy, judgment, relationship work. That stays human. The whole package fits in a budget a real mid-market company can sustain.

Creator universe Your shortlist

How a campaign runs.

Four steps from brief to close. Typically two to four weeks, end to end.

01
Strategy
You tell us your product, your audience, your goals. We translate that into a campaign brief: which audience segment, which creator archetype, what kind of placement, what budget shape. If creator marketing isn't the right channel for your goal, we say so before anything moves.
02
Discovery
Our internal tooling identifies creators whose audiences align with your brief. Candidates are ranked on engagement velocity, audience demographic overlap, and sentiment patterns — not vanity follower counts. Every match is reviewed by hand.
03
Package
You receive a ranked shortlist with per-creator rationale — what they make, who watches, what they've run before, why they fit. You pick the bundle.
04
Close
We handle outreach, negotiate contracts, coordinate placement, and track results. You approve the final package. We close it. You pay on deals that ship.
What you don't do

Sourcing. Vetting. Outreach. Contracts. Reporting.

Those are our job. Your job is the brief and the approval.

Why commission is the point.

Most agencies charge retainers because forecasting hours across clients gives them predictable cashflow. The trade-off is that they get paid the same whether your campaign converts or doesn't. That's a bad bet for you.

Commission-only inverts it. We make money when you make money. We don't take campaigns we can't close. We don't stretch a campaign across more hours than it needs. The incentive is aligned by construction.

The risk-free infrastructure, built for the companies databases failed and agencies priced out.

Why this exists.

Creator advertising grows four times faster than total media spend. Global spend on the channel now clears $37B. Every number says it's one of the most efficient ways for a company to reach a specific audience.

And yet creator marketing has effectively been reserved for enterprise budgets. Not because the creators aren't there — the creators are everywhere. Because nobody has built the infrastructure to serve anyone below enterprise scale.

There's a structural reason. Running a creator campaign end-to-end — scoping, sourcing, vetting, outreach, contracts, reporting — takes real hours. At enterprise budgets, an agency absorbs those hours per client. At mid-market budgets, they can't. So the mid-market gets two leftover options: software you have to operate yourself, or agencies that don't really want your business.

CastWorks fixes the math. Our internal tooling collapses the cost of discovery and vetting by orders of magnitude. What's left is the work that can't be automated — and that stays human. The result is an agency-grade service priced at a commission a real mid-market company can sustain.

The channel shouldn't be a luxury anymore. That's what we're building.
